Environmental Health & Safety Training Survey

Welcome to the GJA Professional Development Needs Assessment!

As early childhood leaders in Massachusetts, your commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments for children is at the heart of our community. To help you seamlessly meet the Massachusetts EEC's annual 10-hour professional development requirement, we are designing high-quality CEU courses specifically tailored to the operational realities of local childcare facilities.

Please take 3 minutes to share your program's training priorities. Your feedback will directly shape our upcoming curriculum, which features specialized modules in:

  • Healthy Homes & Spaces (Indoor air quality, mold prevention, and chemical safety)

  • Lead & Asbestos Awareness (Identifying risks in older New England structures)

  • Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Workplace Safety (OSHA-aligned)

  • Pediatric CPR & First Aid (Compliant, hybrid certifications with hands-on testing)

🎁 Your Thank-You Gift:

Complete the survey by Halloween (October 31st) to instantly receive a 10% discount code for your next training session. Plus, your program will be automatically entered into a raffle to win an exclusive bundle of GJA swag items!

Thank you for your time, your leadership, and your continued dedication to Massachusetts families.

Are you interested in courses counting toward EEC professional development clock hours?

EEC professional development

In Massachusetts, "clock hours" (standard professional development hours) are tracked differently than CEUs (where 1 CEU = 10 clock hours). This helps us understand your programming needs.
