To waive the BPI Building Analyst written recertification exam, you must earn at least 6 of your 30 CEUs by completing training specific to software modeling and work scope development. This course will satisfy this one-time requirement.
The course covers energy modeling basics, gathering data for REMRate and using the DOE Home Energy Score Tool. It also provides requirements and recommendations for generating a scope of work for implementing whole-house energy improvement measures.
