The IREC Certified Weatherization Crew Lead will provide the groundwork for weatherization workers interested in understanding and advancing their careers. Students will learn what data to collect at home, how to appropriately track the target blower door information and how to effectively communicate the targets to contractors performing the weatherization work. This training will also cover how to use the target blower door for quality control inspections and what to do if target blower door reductions are not met.
