BPI Healthy Homes Principles is a practical course that explains how homes function as systems—and how to improve health, safety, comfort, and durability. You’ll learn the fundamentals of pest control, indoor air quality, moisture control, ventilation, airflow, and combustion safety, plus how common building conditions affect occupants. The course focuses on real-world best practices for identifying risks, communicating findings, and prioritizing effective improvements. Ideal for weatherization crews, energy auditors, contractors, and housing professionals supporting healthier homes. Price includes textbook and written exam.
Cancellation Policy
All class registrations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class, as well as no-shows, will require full payment and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your spot, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future session.
