Service Description

The IREC Certified Weatherization Crew Lead will provide the groundwork for weatherization workers interested in understanding and advancing their careers. Topics covered in this course include:

- Role of the Crew Leader

- Safe Work Practices

- Maintaining Quality Control

- Advanced Blower Door Diagnostics

- Combustion Safety Instruction

 

This training session is held in the classroom with additional technical training in the lab space. Students will be required to pass a final exam on the last day of training to receive a certificate.
