Prerequisites: EOHLC EA Week 2 This training will consist of a review of previous sessions, practice of diagnostic testing and additional DOE WAP Program requirements (Priority List Training & Intro to NEAT). Prerequisites: BSP Certification This five (5) day training is a continuation of Building Science Principles, giving students the fundamentals to complete a complete home assessment. This class is designed for those individuals that will be working in the Low-Income Network primarily under the DOE WAP Program and those who may start out in the Utility Programs with plans to move to DOE WAP.

This class is an introduction and would be considered mandatory for those staff that will be working exclusively in the field reviewing and inspecting heating systems for the DOE WAP or HWAP Programs. The class would also be beneficial for any office staff to get a better understanding of the operation of heating systems, system parts and how to test and inspect.
